Dan is passionate about ensuring the Ewald Fleet Solutions team consistently exceeds our customers’ expectations. He oversees daily operations, finances, communications, legal compliance, and planning.

As a member of the National Vehicle Leasing Association, he is a Certified Vehicle Leasing Executive (CVLE). He also serves as Chairman of a Cathedral Leasing Competitive Edge Roundtable and is a member of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce.

Dan enjoys fishing, golfing, hiking, and reading. He and his wife, Patti, treasure their time together with their grandkids.

Rich has worked in fleet management, at both the local and national level. His role is to ensure that Ewald Fleet Solutions is continuously aligning programs that not only meet current client needs, but anticipate future trends and technologies.

As such, he inspects and oversees customer service systems and procedures, and manages all daily sales and marketing activities.

In his free time, Rich enjoys fishing, outdoor recreation, traveling and working with his son’s athletic programs.

Sharon has an extensive background in the automotive industry. Her years of experience bring the knowledge, understanding, and ability to serve our clients with the utmost professionalism and regard.

When she is not at work, Sharon enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Tess comes to Ewald Fleet Solutions with a background in both the automotive industry and customer service management. She combines her fleet management knowledge and interpersonal skills to have a client first strategy, while helping educate and make strategic recommendations for client’s fleet needs along the way.

In her free time, you can find Tess spending time at the gym in a group fitness class, trying out new recipes, or at the dog park.

Bob Rothe earned his BBA in Marketing from UWM. His career consists of sales and marketing management positions within the business to business environment. Bob has worked within the service industry as well as the manufacturing industry in a sales and marketing capacity, including international sales.

Bob brings many years of experience in fleet management at both the national and local level and serves as Business Development Director for Ewald Fleet Solutions. His role is to develop new customer relationships and not only meet current client needs, but anticipate future trends & tech.

Jeremy’s automotive experience sets a great foundation to providing his customers with recommendations and decisions that fit their business needs. His role is to build long standing relationships with his customers and consult them on successful fleet management programs.

Brian Wirkus joined Ewald Fleet Solutions after a career in the automotive advertising field where he worked directly with many automotive dealers and associations.

He enjoys advising current and potential customers on how to lower their overall fleet expenses. Customers like his enthusiasm, sense of humor and attention to detail.

In his spare time, Brian enjoys playing league tennis and competes at a national level. Brian also enjoys golfing, water sports and spending time with his wife, 2 daughters and the family dog.

Dave is a Senior Account Executive who works with small businesses and school districts. Dave enjoys developing personal relationships with his clients while providing tailored solutions for all aspects of their transportation and vehicle needs.

In his free time Dave enjoys spending time with his wife Anne, his daughters and his three grandchildren.
